Blinking flickering output / terminal / shell / output

Describe the bug

When copilot cli agent is in the proccess of outputting a longer perhaps formatted and wide and long text and or report, it starts flickering and blinking and strobing the entire conversation. Earlier versions had the conversation log and concole go crazy and jump up and down million times a second. Now it is just very flickery and blinking the entire conversation and console output and log.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Use powershell core 7.5+ on windows 11 pro and windows terminal version.
2. Have some previous conversation and or log and output.
3. Ask for a larger report or massive summary with tables and formatting and structured and sectioned output
4. Console and conversation and output log starts flickering and blinking.

Expected behavior

Stable output in either not outputting until done with entire report or response, or output line by line in a stable and non blinking way.
