`/logout` help text should specify that it only affects OAuth login sessions, and not `gh`/PAT logins

Hello, the /logout switch does not persist as expected.

(immediately get prompted for login via the web)

Expected behavior

Logout persists to next session and not just immediate then you get logged back in

Hi @potatoqualitee -- the reason why /logout doesn't do anything here is because you're authenticated to copilot through gh:

Logged in with gh as user: potatoqualitee

You can manage your GitHub CLI (gh) logins with gh auth

I think we can do a better job at labeling that /logout only manages accounts that were OAuth-/login'd from copilot
