Describe the bug

Cannot call the copilot cli with model claude-sonnet-4.5, result in

Model call failed: {"message":"no endpoints available for this model under your 
   current plan and policies","code":"no_available_model_endpoints"} (Request ID: 
   7CE9:1D9E2F:1116A27:15DD7C3:6929409A)

It suddenly crashed, I wonder if there a remote error with copilot.

0.0.353 Commit: f8fd3e3

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. type any thing use default model (claude-sonnet-4.5)
2. result in Model call failed
3. switch a new model
4. copilot works well

Same here, I am using 0.0.365. Switched to claude-sonnet-4 for now.
