Feature Request: Context breakdown by source in /context command.
Currently, /context shows aggregated "System/Tools" token usage, but doesn't break it down by source.

Valuable to see:

• System prompt: X tokens
• Built-in tools: X tokens
• MCP: X tokens
• Skills: X tokens each
