Setting multiselect Custom Properties in the config

I'm having problems identifying how to set the value of a custom property that is of type multi select

At the org level, I have a custom property that has several values intended to to be a pick list of values to apply.

The documentation states that custom properties can be set like this:

custom_properties:
  - name: multi-team
    value: team1

How do I set multiple values in the yaml config when the property is multi select?
