Add right click menu to profile plot

A right click menu can be added to profile plot to do several things.
Show full screen
change x axis to one of inches, percent or mm.

This opens the way for even more options.

I have already implemented this in my local dalework branch. Image below shows the current version with percentage selected.

This and other code has been merged with master and pushed to dalework.

I just checked and you did indeed properly merge in master. Do you want to create a pull request? Go to pull requests at the top of this page and then click the green button to create a new one and it should then suggest your recently checked-in branch.

Hi,
I don't really now how to say this. I had a look at dalework and while it has taken changes from master, I think some of the merge resolutions were incorrect.
You might want to tripple check with branch JST/daleworkExperimental. I'm not 100% sure everything is correct but it's best effort to have best of both Dale and master.

Some connections will probably be the old method because that is what I had. I tried when there were merge conflicts to select the ones mater had.
