I'm thrilled to announce the first official release of our Custom Related List and Edit Modal Lightning Web Components!

What's New:

  • Custom Related List Component: Easily create related lists on Salesforce record pages, linking objects by their IDs without needing a Master-Detail or junction relationship.
  • Full Customization: Use the Lightning App Builder to configure fields, labels, and layout, tailoring the component to your specific needs.
  • Multi-Direction Support: Display child-to-parent, parent-to-child relationships, and even relationships between objects that share correlatable ID fields.
  • Inline CRUD Operations: Create, edit, and delete records directly from the list, with immediate data refresh.
  • Sleek Edit Modal: Integrated with LightningModal for a modern and seamless record editing experience.

Limitations:

  • Currently optimized for desktop use; mobile support is limited.
  • "View All" link for child-to-parent relationships is not available due to platform constraints.

Getting Started:

To get started, clone or fork the repository and deploy the components to your Salesforce org. Customize and configure the components through the Lightning App Builder and start enhancing your Salesforce record pages today!
