Changing the "port" connection option for most network databases does not actually update the URL, making the only way to change from the default port to use the JDBC driver directly (or else change the "port" advanced property, if available).

I'm having this problem with DB2. I have to connect to multiple DB2 servers in non standard ports. How can I do so until a fix for this doesn't come?
BTW, it's a crucial issue for me
