Filter posts with more than x number of hashtags

Pitch

The ability to have a filter that doesn't check for any specific keyword but just filters out posts that have more than some number of hashtags present.

Motivation

I find posts that have more than say 5 or so hashtags tend to be borderline spam. I want to subscribe to hashtags but I end up picking up a lot of garbage posts that are stuffed with as many hashtags as possible to spread as far as possible. These posts tend to be low quality and I want to filter them out.
