Integration of thermostats

First of all, I would like to express my appreciation for this integration.
I am already using it successfully and it works flawlessly.

Now to my request:
I would be delighted if I could also integrate my Duofern thermostat into Home Assistant.

hi @hobbysegler, happy to hear you are working on integrating the duofern thermostat. Pull request for new device types are indeed always welcome as its virtually impossible to implement them without a device at hand to test.

edit: be aware that you likely will also need to add the device to pyduofern before being able to use it in pyduofern-hacs.

I'm still very new here and know very little Python. I am also unfamiliar with the application architecture of Home Assistant.
But I have a thermostat and can help you expand the integration if you want.
