Support the 7000 series

The 7000 series are affected by the ATI reset bug. Could we work to support them? I have a Navi 32 and would like to work on supporting it.

That would be awesome.
I recently switched to a 7800 XT and failed to get it to work.
I tried to add an entry with correct vendor and device id to /etc/udev/rules.d/99-vendor-reset.rules, but still my host hangs completely once I shutdown the VM :(
dmesg states the following when booting:
"vfio-pci 0000:03:00.0: Unsupported reset method 'device_specific'"

Vendor reset had been working correctly before with my RX 580

For those using Navi 32, I have tested the following forked branch. The author has added Navi 32 support, and I can confirm it functions correctly (I'm using RX 7800 XT).
