[Enhancement] Backup System

When creating a new backup, a loading circle is added behind the Backups header. But after navigating to another site and then back to Backups, there is no indication if currently a backup is being created. Also I think the Create button should be disabled while a backup is being created. It would make no sense making multiple backups at once.
