-> Add MarketFactory as Contract to PMAT
-> Functions should at least include createCategoricalMarket and public conditionalTokenParams (to fetch ERC20 outcome tokens)

Tests
-> Write local_chain tests that allow a market to be created (see tutorial ) - start with non-conditional market
