I implemented some code so that a defined bootstrap-glyph will be used as a badge-icon (instead of a navigation-icons/icon) if there is a bootstrap glyph defined. Added changed file (version 1.0.8) if this is interesting for you.

(Maybe it should be changed in a way that the favicon is used only if there is no navicon ...)
