Description
Describe the bug:
There may be a conflict with the Lightbox functionality from CoBlocks for the Core image and gallery blocks. Based on a support request and possibly related issue reports on Jetpack. Recently Core has introduced a Lightbox in core as well which may be conflicting. This will require a further dive to see what may be going wrong here.

This may be the related 'known issue' on the WordPress Jetpack side that they are referencing but I am not positive.

We may need to setup a wordpress.com account to properly test this behavior.
Expected behavior:
Expect to be able to edit pages.

Isolating the problem:
- This bug happens with no other plugins activated
- This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active
- This bug happens without the Gutenberg plugin active
- I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above
