Time sync error #479

Description
Every time I log into a DMP-Server, it shows me that all other players are -8 seconds in the past.
I don't know where this comes from and it doesn't give any error message and/or a log output.
Please help!
EDIT: I can (as they are in the "past") not sync time with anyone.
