Feature Proposal

I am using blmage/duolingo-tts-controls#122, which uses this library to control the playback speed while studying new languages that speak really fast. Even 0.5 is still too fast.

Possible Implementation

Allow https://github.com/goldfire/howler.js#rate-number-10 from 0.1 to 4.0 instead of 0.5 to 4.0

rate Number 1.0

The rate of playback. 0.1 to 4.0, with 1.0 being normal speed.
