Move to cloudprober/cloudprober

Hello folks,

I'm leaving Google. Since I was the sole maintainer of this repository from Google, I'll be moving the active development of Cloudprober to github.com/cloudprober/cloudprober. Cloudprober home page will remain at cloudprober.org and Slack channel will also remain the same.

Sorry for the disruption. Hopefully, an independent repository will be able to move faster, with fewer processes.

Please bookmark the new location.
