Upload form submitting on enter when it shouldn't

The recipe upload form submits when the focus in on the recipe name input field regardless of the validity of any of the forms. This means that a completely blank recipe can still be uploaded. Could probably be fixed with server side validation but right now the cause is unknown to me. I did try to replicate this bug with the other form fields, but it seems this only happens with the recipe name field.
