How to release Internal test track builds in play store?

Refereed the upload apk java and python files for uploading the internal test track apks. But In comment, there's no mention related to internal test track release.

Is this possible to release internal test track API?

If you change the track to internal instead of alpha then i think you should be able to release on internal test track. I am not sure why internal track is missing from all the comments and documents.
