Describe the bug
Visual bug when using view record button in hero section on mobile:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use mobile
  2. Open homepage
  3. Click view record button in hero section

Expected behavior
Section should expand to include new input field like this:

Button fill should also turn to #322253 when input field is revealed
