Error exporting CSV data in Visualization window

Explore data retrieve the full data, not the data in the actual window

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When attempting to export data, the "Explore Data" option displays and downloads all CSV data from the visualization, not the actual data displayed in the window.

Steps to reproduce

Provide steps to reproduce the issue.
In a Vsiualization
3 vertical dots ->Inspect -> Data -> Download CSV

Note: bugs will be fixed only if enough information provided to reproduce the issue
