v2.0 Add the ability to exclude namespaces from the feature auto-instrumentation

As a platform architect: I would like to be able to exclude certain namespaces from auto instrumentation.

For example:
Team A has deployed their applications to the apps namespace

Platform team has deployed (for example: cert manager) in a platform namespace.

I would like to exclude the platform and kube-system namespace for instance.
