grails-doc uses one class from grails-docs - grails.doc.dropdown.SoftwareVersion #941

grails-doc uses grails.doc.dropdown.SoftwareVersion from grails-docs under grails-core. That has been duplicated a bunch of other places to remove the dependency. https://github.com/search?q=org%3Agrails+%22int+major%22&type=code

Refactor to remove dependency.
