The `sendMessage` function's `replyTo` parameter should support the available options of `MessageReplyHeader`, such as `quoteText`, `quoteEntities`, and `quoteOffset`.

We can now call new Api.messages.SendMessage or new Api.messages.SendMedia.

But it would be better if sendMessage could support it.
