Allow users to create their own survey and to distribute rewards.

Survey Admin Logistics:
(MVP a list of filled surveys with the ability to mark them as Rejected, Approved, Reward Sent)

Survey Reward Voucher (default to one created by survey maker)
Automatic Rewards Per Survey (yes or no) - (MVP (no) manual))
if yes: Amount per survey
if no: they can review the results and send themselves
Can anyone Fill? (yes / no)
if no: Acceptable Wallet IDs (who can fill the survey - list) (MVP anyone can sent)
Email Owner for Each Survey (yes/no)
So the above could be used for rewarding people for beach cleanups i ... where the respondent takes a picture, writes about it, and the survey owner could review and click to send a voucher ... (manual to begin with)
