Please publish your extension to Open VSX Registry

Hi,

I'm using VSCodium instead of VSCode to avoid Microsofts tracking. Unfortunately your extension isn't published to Open VSX Registery which is the extensions registry VSCodium is using. So I can't easily install your extension in VSCodium.

It would like to use your vscode-duplicate extension in VSCodium. Would you mind publishing it there?

If yes, there are two methods doing that as described in the VSCodium documentation of Extension + Marketplace

• Ask the extension maintainers to publish to open-vsx.org in addition to the VS Code Marketplace. The publishing process is documented in the Open VSX Wiki.
• Create a pull request to this repository to have the @open-vsx service account publish the extensions for you.
