Cannot search title with ampersand (&) #247

If a TV show or movie has an ampersand in its title, no results are shown from MovieDB or TVDB...

Example: TV Show listed on TVDB as "Kate & Koji"

Results are only shown in MetaZ if the ampersand is removed to show "Kate Koji"

I just ran into that problem with Balderdash & Piffle. I was able to get the shows to show up from themoviedb but not thetvdb. If I removed the & from the show field in the TV Tags section and searched with the & it shows up from thetvdb and can be applied...but then I have to add the &'s.
