TextToSpeech app doesn't work on iOS (Delphi 12)

For me, the TextToSpeech app

doesn't work on iOS!
It doesn't show any errors, it's just silent

On Android, everything works fine!

I tried it on Delphi 12 on phones with iOS 16.7, 17.7
