AppImage: chrome-sandbox must be owned by root #59

Version: 0.3.0
OS: Ubuntu 24.04 amd64

When I run the appimage, I get the following output (I have added linebreaks for readability):

QSocketNotifier: Can only be used with threads started with QThread
[24945:1222/162348.126559:FATAL:setuid_sandbox_host.cc(158)] The SUID sandbox helper binary was found,
but is not configured correctly.
Rather than run without sandboxing I'm aborting now.
You need to make sure that /tmp/.mount_grist-s5RfmD/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755.

And grist doesn't launch.
