Newsletter sign up link

Need to create a link for people to sign up on the newsletter.... Add sign up for newsletter link to About, Community, and Footer...

wendy will create the list in mailchimp then give geoff access to my mailchimp once the list is created. Add newsletter ink to footer and about page in the resources section.
