Si invia al backend la richiesta di avviare un autocertificazione per questo utente per il mese selezionato.
Se ci risponde che e' gia' stata fatta si mostra all'utente "Hey hai gia' fatto questa autocertificazione"
Altrimenti si mostra "Ok autocertificazione avviata".
