Add a new checkbox to automatically take screenshot before save state and automatically display screenshot before load state but only if available

All save state functions take a screenshot of the played PS1 rom before actually saving the state of the emulated PS1 rom to disk or a file.

The screenshot can be saved to a jpg or jpeg file, which is my favourite image format by the way but png and gif are also possible too.

If the user uses the menus of PCSX-Redux to load a state with his or her mouse only then he or she can see the screenshot of every saved state that can help him or her to remember when he or she saved each state and choose what state he or she wants to load.

Another quality of service feature that I believe most PCSX-Redux users will find very useful, don't you think so?

Remember that this is a checkbox and every user that is not interested in this feature can always disable it by just unchecking the checkbox. You can optionally add a new button to delete all screenshots for such users if you want.
