There are several workflows, organizations, and individuals involved from the event of death until a point where its data reaches to a death certificate. At each stage, we have data that we need to deal with. In following pages, we present some of our initial efforts to iterate the data that are used in the field and map the data that are exchanged between entities. We used HL7 FHIR standard as our common data model.
