[New effect] Forbidden word

Something bad happens if a certain word (specified in config) is said in dialogue with subtitles. Not sure what the bad thing should be. I don't want a another group health effect.

Now I think it should look from a list of words, not just one, to make it more likely to happen. Like list of profanities would be good by default and clear for players.
