Summary

Email addresses containing . (dot) are interpreted wrongly. Only the part of the address from the dot onwards is interpreted as an email address.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. create an foo.rst document with vim foo.rst
  2. type in an email address in a format foo.bar@bar.foo

Expected Behavior

The address is interpreted as mailto:foo.bar@bar.foo

Actual Behavior

The address is interpreted as mailto:bar@bar.foo
