upgrade dependencies guanguans/notify to ^2.x

I am using guanguans/notify: ^2.4. However, after using this package, it shows a dependency conflict. I realized that the package is using ^1.28. So, I can only use version 1.28 in my project at the moment.

Do you have a development plan for an updated version?
