Description
i sampled 20 linkers for each ligand pair and all of them were alike for a given ligand pair. i used the following command:- "python scripts/sample_protac.py configs/sampling/protac/protac_all_gui.yml --subset test --start_id 0 --end_id -1 --num_samples 1 --outdir outputs/protacs". what am i missing?
