CLI not running on Windows #713

Not sure what I did wrong, but after installing madwizard-cli, I get the following error when running the command:

'"C:\Users\joshua.mayberry\AppData\Roaming\npm\\node_modules\madwizard-cli\bin\madwizard"' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Do you know what happened- or what information I can provide you that can help diagnose the issue?
