First release of ynot: version 0.1

[gully]

This release symbolizes the code was it was largely dormant since 2021. We are beginning an overhaul of the code that will bring it to version 0.2, with significant changes. All versions should be considered experimental and high risk until the API stabilizes.

The most recent change was an superficial IGRINS demo, more on that in future version.
