Refactor the objective dropdown component.

  • limit amount of chips to 2 chips
  • objectives multi will sometimes have subobjectives -> if there are subobjectives, you cannot choose objective. if there are subobjectives, use Grouping so that objective is not clickable

By clicking objective, all subobjectives will be selected (or deselected if all already selected)
