How are the files' fc_trans.npy ', 'W_embedding. Npy 'and 'dic.pkl' generated

I downloaded your pre-processed data according to your tips, but when I processed the raw data, I found that there was no way to generate the file 'FC_trans.npy', 'W_embedding. npy' and 'dic.pkl'.I would like to ask if these files are generated from some code in 'multimodal-speech-emotion.‘
