FullPageOS 0.14.0 first release candidate.

Its been a while since the last release, mostly due to having a new baby daughter, and lots of work in my job.
Also Debian Bookworm introduced changes that needed to be addressed.

I am working on CustomPiOS v2, the library that builds FullPageOS. you can follow its work here: guysoft/CustomPiOS#214

Something that would help debugging:
There were a few reports of blank screens when booting. And it was hard to determine for people if its the HDMI screen not loading or the browser not starting. So I have added a desktop background. If the screen does not start you should see a blank screen, however, if the screen does start, but the browser does not start, you should see the FullPageOS logo, with a cursor.

Features:

It can also be download form the Rpi-Imager until we release a new RC or new image altogether.

no-acceleration variant

Currently testing on an Rpi 2, 3 and 4.
So far so good, no errors. But previous version would have blank screen on the 4th day or something. So I let you know.
Cheers

@AlfaOmega777 I have no idea how you managed to do that - did you try normal Rpi OS?

@guysoft There are no issues with DISPLAY_ORIENTATION in this version, which has an issue tracking it here: #561
But this version has issues playing embedded videos using HDMI. I will report on it in a separate thread later.

This is the only blocker I have for now (thanks @csabal for bringing it up) :
guysoft/CustomPiOS#219

I am not sure if to release with this, or add a fix first and have RC2. If anyone has input it would help

There is a fix for the gui module so rpi-imager can flash the image for different users. I have a fix so expect RC2. Regarding guysoft/CustomPiOS#219 will see if I manage to do something about it, its a general Rpi issue.
