Interface with the new MAYA catalog data

when you download data in MAYA format for any given simulation, at that time only convert to LVCNR format and save that to cache too. SO the second time you work directly with LVCNR format

My above suggestion is for two reasons. First, and the main, reason has to do with speed of on-the-fly conversion:

GT0906 took 7m13s
This is on a Macbook air M1 base variant. Both these waveforms include modes upto ell=8.

And second would be to reduce the disk space used.
