When creating a new work in the UI/Dashboard, if one selects the ETD option, the work's administrative set (under the Relationships tab) is not automatically set to the ETDs admin set, but it remains in the Default admin set unless one changes it before saving. This isn't a bug exactly, but it's counterintuitive, since we have a set for ETD's.

Most ETD's are loaded via the batch loader, so this issue probably doesn't arise very often. But I'm documenting it here partly to clarify that it is the current behavior.
