Request times out when adding works to a collection (dashboard)

Adding a batch of works to a collection in the dashboard seems to cause a timeout if the job doesn't finish within a reasonable time. Because this action uses Sidekiq to queue the jobs, it seems as though the UI should not be waiting for a response.
