Upgrade sufia to 7.3 to handle multiple work types #49

As per https://github.com/projecthydra/sufia/releases/tag/v7.3.0 , 7.3 provides Create and use multiple work types, not just the previously pre-packaged "GenericWork" type which is needed for our ETD work.

Plan to upgrade to 7.3.1 or more current if available.
