Doesn't work on Steam Deck/Linux

Describe the bug
The app doesn't work on the Steam Deck you will just get a "failed to create adapter" error.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Steam Deck in Gaming Mode
2. Click on the app/game.
3. See error

Expected behavior
Should work fine (?).

Environment (Fill this out)

• OS: SteamOS
• Version: 3.4
  Logs
  A log file should be present in the installation directory named lpvpn.log.txt.
  Attach that file if possible.
  (Note that you or your friends' Steam ID might be logged. You may want to remove these IDs if you want these to remain private.)

Additional context
I understand that the requirement seem to be Windows but maybe something could be done for Steam Deck which I expect to have high usage for.

If I am not mistaken there is a library called libzt that is cross platform (what ZeroTier uses) not sure if the licenses would clash though.
DevilutionX uses it too.
