Whenever we have a working version, should we use a free shinyapps server to make it publicly available?

I think it would make the most sense if you as a member of NADEL, which will ideally host this app as an institution in the long run, create a shinyapps.io account. Its simplest plan hosts the website for free and deployment is super easy. What do you think, @mbannert?
