CV PDF viewer in individual application view does not work properly #189
Description
From my experience of application review this year (2021), I noticed that the CV PDF viewer does not load properly quite often which leads us to refreshing, re-toggling the modal to see the CV.
This can be quite annoying, so I suggest migrating to a new React native PDF viewer. Currently, we use a Google Drive based one, but I think react-pdf would do a much smoother job.
P.S. This is probably too late to be done for Hex Cambridge, can be a useful starting point for next year!
